MPDA Specification Services Inc.
This independent company (wholly owned by the MPDA and governed by a
virtually identical Board of Directors) offers consulting, testing, and
coatings inspection services to architectural and engineering firms, school
boards, parks boards, city governments, Provincial and Territory Governments,
and the Federal Government (National Defense, Public Works, Canada Post, Port
Authorities, etc.) within British Columbia and the Yukon.
We also provide information and services to Consumer and Corporate Affairs,
consumer protection agencies, fraud squads of various police departments, public
and private facility property managers, condominium corporations, cooperative
societies, real estate companies, and private citizens.
Specifications are also provided to condominium owners, corporations, and to
housing co-operatives at a modest charge as a way of improving the standards of the
painting industry. This service is also intended to reduce the incidence of
litigation where services promised and sold were not provided, or were
provided in a matter that is either immoral (substantially below an industry
standard) or even fraudulent.
