WHO ARE WE?

The Saskatchewan Professional Painting Contractors Association (SPPCA) is one of the newest non-profit associations in Canada. NEWSLETTER

Welcome to our Saskatchewan Professional Painting Association:

Some highlights of what has happened in our association since its corporation in 1997.
Our Annual Golf Classic is a successful event every year. Our Inspection program is a very promising, successful system for developing Quality Standards in the industry.

More and more Architects are starting to use the full MPI systems. Public Works Canada is finally recognizing the need for these systems; the general public is also seeing the need for inspections to be done that ensure quality workmanship, etc.

These standards and programs can only be made successful by support of our membership and by the people specifying MPI Programs.

This association is finally being recognized by the construction industry and by the outside public that standards can be made in the quality of workmanship and products on all projects if a proper system is called for and used and this is the MPI Quality Control System.

We need the support of all our membership to promote our system to be more successful.

WHY BE A SPPCA MEMBER:

  1. As an association with your peers, you can address industry concerns such as apprenticeship programs, CCA concerns, liaison with the architects, interior designers, etc.
  2. Technical and information support from the MPI.
  3. Being a member means you are able to bring up and address your own concerns as an association to any group you deal with.

This association believes that an economic and political system based on individual freedom and individual enterprise is to the greatest advantage and is in the best interest of our province and country.

The SSPCA supports the quotation of firm prices as a means of achieving maximum price stability.

SSPCA supports the development and maintenance of educational programs designed to promote good on-site construction safety practices by all employers and employees.

Perfection doesn’t exist but good quality does,
the only way to get consistently high quality
is through a proven Q.A. Program.

SSPCA exists to lead the industry by providing quality products, programs and services to the success of its members.
